House votes to overturn Pentagon abortion policy, pushing defense bill hard-right
In a 214-207 vote, lawmakers adopted Rep. Beth Van Duyne‘s amendment to overturn the Pentagon policy to reimburse troops who travel to seek abortion or other reproductive care. Only two Republicans opposed the amendment, while one Democrat broke ranks to support it. Read more at Politico
