Florida Republicans, who hold supermajorities in the Legislature, proposed a ban last week on abortions after six weeks of pregnancy \u2014 or two weeks after someone misses their period \u2014 and with Gov. Ron DeSantis\u2019 support, passage is almost guaranteed.<\/p>\n
