Some state legislators have already taken steps <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pewtrusts.org\/en\/research-and-analysis\/blogs\/stateline\/2022\/05\/19\/some-states-already-are-targeting-birth-control\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to try to restrict birth control<\/a>. In Tennessee, U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn, a Republican, earlier this year called Griswold v.
