Connecticut<\/em><\/a>, the 1965 Supreme Court decision establishing a constitutional right to birth control, was wrongly decided. <em>Griswold <\/em>relies on the same legal right to privacy that underpinned <em>Roe<\/em>, and in his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vox.com\/2022\/6\/24\/23181723\/roe-v-wade-dobbs-clarence-thomas-concurrence\">concurring <em>Dobbs v.
